People of Peace
(School age through adult)

History books are filled with stories of wars and armed struggles. There is much less known about groups of people who have lived in peace. This program tells some of the stories, history, and traditions of the Waitaha Nation, the little-known original people of New Zealand, who formed a peaceful confederation of tribes who walked in harmony with each other and the environment. We can learn a lot from people who have chosen to walk a path of peace.

Tell Me Who You Love

There are many stories about the search for love that come from all over the world - about obstacles overcome and tasks accomplished. This program identifies some of the lessons to be learned and how with humor and insight, we can live “happily ever after!”

It's Magic!

Crystal balls, spells, water nixies, and magicians - tales from all over about magic.

In addition to these formal programs, Jane’s wide collection of stories can be adapted to many circumstances and themes.
